What should happen, is this should be a taboo by socially shunning the lawyer. She should be asked to leave by all businesses she frequents because she would actively supports those. Even after she apologizes, she should still be shunned as an example for any lawyer in the future attacking small business on a criminals behalf. She should have to move, and start a new life somewhere else due to social ostracism. That’s what should happen. Would like to see internet campaigns start over this, targeting the lawyer for social isolation and ostracism.
