Partially incorrect, marriage isn’t an anarchic system. It may be unfair, but anrachic it is not. Anarchic means no authority above, as states are able to freely do what they want within the confines of others being able to stop them. If marriage were anarchic, you would be free of a higher auto thing. It an anarchic system you would would be able to choose to be not only part of a system like marriage but would be free to find the vendor of your choosing, such as a contract up front of what one gets if one breaks it. We would likely live in much smaller, and culturally similar communities.
