  1. Looks like a series of several felonies and a hate crime. Boy defends other boy being stolen from, and thrown in trash can. Outmatched fighting a couple the mob resorts to beating him to death. We have to assume race was involved like we would assume it would be for anyone else. 3rd degree murder, 2nd degree murder, and 1st degree murder because “they woke up that day wanting to kill a” white boy. Then take on the federal hate crime charges.
