The citizen was ridiculous but the officer was highly unprofessional, and probably needs to not be a cop. He has an escalating tone the whole time, and immediately upon pulling him over starts with name calling. It’s also fine to call cops bro, I would not, but the officer should let that slide off. This officer is prime to be in a bad shoot eventually, because of his own escalating behavior. The officer should just cite and or arrest him. No. Need to up the intensity. You can tell the officer is also out of shape. He’s out of breath the whole time talking. This is why police should not be defunded, they should be more funded to get better talent on the force.
