This is great. This means that this will go the Supreme Court. They will decide this is unconstitutional. While ruling this unconstitutional, they can also potentially take the opportunity to disassociate “gender” and trans as a protected class. I think the libs are reallly going to regret having passed this. We will see how it’s argued in court if they can do that. But there would be a strong chance.
