You do realize that black people fought to get in the nfl? Do you realize that between 30-40% of the nfl is white? You do realize that boys of all races love football and dream of becoming pro athletes? You do realize that it channels a primal masculine urge? The attempt to contextualize this merely by race is either an attempt to simplistically frame any story in a desired narrative or complete misunderstanding of the draws of the idea of professional athletes to young men.
