  1. “Y’all keep puttin’ your hands on people”. Rules to live by: 1) don’t start or join a 200 plus person riot. Police will restore control by grabbing people up. 2) don’t resist being detained. In a chaotic environment, the officer has to worry about being getting jumped from all angles, any resistance to physically being put in cuffs or on the ground can be seen as opportunity for someone else to knock them out or grab their gun. You are only escalating the situation by resisting.
