As a man, it is your job to protect your woman and yourself. It is not your job to have a fair fight, in fact, I want the most unfair fight possible if you attack me. If he was knocked out or killed, then his lady could have been beaten more, killed, and or raped. So knowing that, I think the duty of the man is to attack in the most violent way possible to neutralize the threat. Penny is as kind by putting him in a hold and not pummeling him. I wouldn’t be surprised if Neely has some underlying health/drug issue that exacerbated what happened. Both men are innocent. It’s the city and DAs guilty for making the streets where we need Batman and the punisher to fix the issues.
