  1. 22:23 they probably also choose that neighborhood becuase they don’t speak Spanish it’ll complicate reporting. They mainly choose that area because illegals trade in cash to avoid taxes. Like the guy said, he just got $2,000 cash from a customer. The gangs know this, and know it’s harder to report because they might get tangled up with tax issues as well.

  2. Don’t lose hope, Sean. Just remember that they voted for this. The mayor told the voters he was about this, and they said yes, please. We must be open to them changing while simultaneously reminding them that if they don’t vote differently this is the policies they support.
