  3. Bill York Operation gothic serpent. Where our soldiers went in to capture a war lord who was responsible for the deaths of over 500,000 people. But our politicians recalled our troops after a quarter of mogadishue tried to kill our soldiers then Dragged their mutalated corpses down the streets. Even though the mission was successful our politicians got cold feet and made the military end the operation and leave Somalia the war torn shit hole it is now.

  4. Abdirahman Ware actually we went in Somalia apart of a U.N. operation to stabalize the already shitty war torn country. Also we did not get run out our politicians forced us out because of faulty media coverage. When in fact operation gothic serpent was a success in every way militarily imaginable. The ratio of our dead to theirs was astronomical. We captured the people we were going after. And destroyed key functions of the war lords military infranstructure. This all lead to his fall from power a few years after our exit.

Either way your people would be a lot happier if they would simply drop the Abrahmic religions and join the majority of the world in the 21 century. I know Somalia is getting better. But it will still be a long time untill the majority of your country reaches what Asia and the west is at.

  9. Somali Lion I'm not athiest. I worship the old Norse/Germanic gods. I'm just saying that the abrahamic religions. Christainty, Islam, and Judaism. Has really fuck up the world in terms of genocides, history, inhibiting technological and social growth. Ect. If everyone went back to the pagan religions their ancestors worshiped then there would be less anger and hate in the world. Also if you noticed that the west only commits these horrible acts against people who think differently then them. If Somalia had excepted the wests help during your civil war then most likely it wouldn't have been that bad. And less people would have died. Pride can hurt a people just as much as being weak can hurt them.

  10. Somali Lion actually that's false. The U.N. is an international organization that has a long history of helping poor nations and trying to stop genocide. All the army rangers and delta operatives were sent there by the U.N. in order to stop the genocide that was being commited by the local war lords. We didnt come for resources like we usually do. We actually for the first time in America's history. Came to truley help a people in need. Then you killed our soldiers, mutalated their corpses. And sent our politicans into a panic over nothing so they pulled us out of the country even though we were winning. No guess what the U.S. doesn't do anymore? It doesn't give troops to the U.N. for peacekeeping missions.
