  6. A big pimped up van & 6 tax payer facilitated, hi viz’d, half masked, random twenty somethings brandishing clip boards hanging out in the town centre today, promoting ‘book your booster’. Everyone avoiding them whilst doing their shopping. As I’m walking past the chief promoter says to the others “yeah, alright, you might as well all go off & have a walk”.
