So were the CIA, Erik Prince & Blackwater been in the Ukraine for years under Five Eyes decree, benignly preparing for the fight against this ‘evil’ ? is this ‘evil’ the main concern of Victoria Nuland or the Kagan’s ? do you think that the policies proposed by ‘the Wolfowitz Doctrine’ are suitable for combatting said ‘evil’ ?
