On Saturday 20 July 2013, in the basement of the Guardian's office in Kings Cross, London, GCHQ technicians arrived with a variety of drills, angle grinders & other power tools, & made Guardian editors destroy the hard drives and memory cards which were being used to investigate the leaked files by Edward Snowden. Odd how that live stream went down.
