Erich Traub made his way to the USA via Project Paperclip. Erich Traub led the Third Reich’s virological and bacteriological warfare program during WW II. One of Erich Traub’s interests was insects & animals as disease vectors. Eric Traub spent some time at Plum Island’s ‘Lab 257’. Plum Island is roughly ten miles out from Old Lyme.
