As a tory minister under Terry May, Atkins refused to debate the non availability of medical cannabis for uk patients, stating that it had ‘no recognised medicinal value’. Meanwhile Terry’s other half, Phillip May, is financially invested in ICI & British Sugar’s business. The UN has identified the UK as the worlds largest exporter of medicinal cannabis.
