  1. The problem here is that their deception is working. They just have to make a loud and splashy lie knowing the correction will be unseen by the vast majority of people. All people are going to remember is that Pete Buttigieg didn't know what was happening when they first heard about the issue. Lazy journalism and sensationalist propaganda have ruined American's ability to discern fact from fiction.
