  1. "A credible source." Okay. How do we determine if a source is credible? Well, first and foremost, the source has to be known, who this person is, what they do, where they work in government (as it is an agent of the government). Then we have to examine the evidence being presented for accuracy to determine if it is what they claim it to be. None of that has happened yet, so this is NOT a credible source.
