  1. Things keep going the way they're going it won't be safe to be a Christian. They'll take over, piss off everyone, people will leave the church, blame the people in power, and a revolution will end with their heads coming off. If Christianity wants to survive, they NEED a secular government. There is no religion called Christianity, it's a blanket term that covers THOUSANDS of denominations, many totally antithetical to one another, and not one would be happy if a different denomination were in charge.

  2. Don't forget, Jefferson edited the bible with a machete, cutting out all miracles, claims of divinity, and supernatural events and titled it The Life and Moral Teachings of Jesus of Nazareth. Yet, he is deified by the right as damned near a holy icon. He must be spinning in his grave.

  3.  @glennhecker4422  Have you BEEN to America? There is nothing MORE American to do than hate people because of their differences! Wrong skin color, wrong economic ideas, wrong party affiliation, pray to the wrong god or no god at all. Any Christian who has benevolent ideals aren't because of their religious beliefs, it's because secular governments, like ours, yanked the, into the modern age. If you ran your life exclusively by the rules laid out in the Bible, you'd be a criminal in literally EVERY COUNTRY ON EARTH!
