  2. It's such an antiquated idea that seeking help is somehow weakness. Allowing something to fester, to metastasize, is going to weaken you far more than getting treatment for what is ailing you. It's true for injuries, illness, and cancer, so why do we still have so many see mental health as personal failing? The failure is holding that pain in until it hurts or destroys you later.
