  1. Do you know why our founding fathers built a wall of separation between church and state? For the sake of both. If the state takes charge of the church, it's corruption. When the church takes over the state, it's tyranny. I say let them try. After the war between the different sects is over and the bodies are buried, the rest of us might be able to have a nation run by rational people, not religious ideologues.
