  1. There is no such thing as a generic Christian. Every denomination has differences with every other denomination. Imagine being a Baptist and having the state pushing a Catholic interpretation of the Bible in public schools. When I've brought up to Christians who really believe the state needs to push Christianity that scenario, swapping in their denomination and the denomination in charge, they always get a deer-in-the-headlights look on their face.
