  1. There are a myriad of reasons for the right-wing crowd to fall in behind Trump. Stupidity is one of the bigger ones, but not the worst. Otherwise intelligent people fall in behind Trump because they're power hungry or opportunists. People who don't care who they hurt as long as they are made rich or powerful.
