  1. Most of the founding fathers were NOT Christians. Most of them were deists, believing in a higher power, but that power wasn't the Christian or even the Abrahamic God. Thomas Jefferson wrote a version of the Bible removing all the miracles and claims of divinity from Jesus. Tell me that man was a Christian.
