  1. There aren't checks and balances any longer. Congress refused to do their duty and remove the president. The Judiciary acts via fiat, choosing their preferred outcome and then seeking excuses to enact said outcome. The whole lot of them have committed treason upon the people of this nation and need to suffer the consequences, and I believe the prescribed outcome for treason is hanging.
