  1. They know the election is secure. They know there isn't massive fraud. What they believe is they can trick their base into being afraid the Democrats are "stealing" elections to make them more motivated to vote in higher numbers while they gum up the works. It seems to be backfiring, making Republicans believe there isn't a good reason to vote because it's all fixed and thus make their propaganda a self-fulfilling prophecy.
