  1. Money is not free speech.  Money is a means of LIMITING free speech.  You can't speak freely if you're required to pay for it.  Your free speech doesn't trump mine.  But, not according to the current ruling on it.  A tiny group of people can absolutely trump everyone else's free speech by blanketing the airwaves with their spiel, and all of us can't get a word in edgewise.
