  1. The first time a corporation's bad practices resulted in serious illness, injury, and\or death and a fine was imposed by the courts was a bad precedent.  If these ultra-rich business types want corporations to be considered persons under the law, then being punished as a person because of criminal acts needs to be implemented as well.
