Why is it that Republicans complain that government doesn't work and is inefficient, then do everything to gum up the works to ensure that end?  You can't be a psychic, tell people that they will feel a sharp pain in the head, then bean them in the head with a baseball bat.  If you hate government, get the fuck out of the government.
