Minor factual error you made.  Can't use radiocarbon dating for fossils.  You use radiocarbon dating to determine the approximate age of something with carbon atoms.  Fossils don't have carbon, because the organic elements (including carbon) are replaced by inorganic minerals.  Other than that somewhat off the cuff remark being wrong, the rest of the argument is correct.
