  1. "It's anti-growth!" Okay, 1) Bullshit. Like they said, a millionaire football player isn't going to stop making touchdowns because he pays a little more in tax. Anyone who says, "I'm not going to work anymore because I don't want to pay taxes," is someone who is cutting his nose off to spite his face. 2) Growth isn't NEARLY as important as stability. Yeah, I don't want constant unending growth, because such a thing is pure fiction. Growth when it's necessary, stability the other 98% of the time.
