  1. The time for the Republican party to show some backbone was in the days following Jan. 6. They didn't. Justice has already been perverted. Even IF, and that's a MASSIVE if, we prosecute Trump for his crimes, the damage has been done and the election denying precedent has been set. We're already seeing politicians claiming their elections will only be legitimate if they win, and all of them Republican. This party needs to die.
