  1. Even if I give this man the benefit of the doubt and say he was wearing a costume to be deliberately edgy, it still looks bad. If you think you're being funny by being edgy and wearing a KKK uniform, blackface, or a Nazi uniform, you aren't and should probably take a good long hard look at yourself, because you have issues. The more likely scenario is this guy isn't making a bad taste joke, he's a racist, got caught, and would try to distance himself from it playing it off as a joke. The fact that he resigned is likely due to the fact that he'd have been pushed out.
