  1. I'm sorry, how is using the words "kill shot" and "he's dead" anything but a clear death threat? You don't give someone a kill shot and then his career or argument are dead. They WOULD be, because a dead man has no career and can make no further arguments. Legally speaking, this was very clearly a death threat, only a shyster lawyer would try to make the argument that this isn't clear and obvious.
