  1. Pure democracy is pure chaos, the tyranny of the majority. Honestly, I think democracy in choosing a nominee is too much. The system in place with superdelegates is not good, but neither is this feeding frenzy that's going on now. Either make a much more streamlined process like ranked choice voting during a primary, or eliminate the system altogether. Democracy has to do with the election, not an infinite regression of prior elections to choose people to run in the election.
