Trump is the kind of man who really believes he's the smartest man on the face of the earth. So, if he doesn't do well, it's because others cheated him somehow. I think what he's saying about Harris having the answers in advance is that she's a puppet and wouldn't be able to come up with answers herself and so must have had others come up with the answers she gave. He's wrong, of course. He's not the smartest man (he's not smart at all), Kamala Harris isn't a puppet, and all she needed to do was some basic debate prep to win.
