Writing off the black community as a given, that is to say, as automatically supporting your side, is myopic. Any candidate should be doing their best to win over as many people as can be won. Our politics have been mangled to a great deal. Gerrymandering, suppression, demographic targeting, NONE of this was what the founding fathers envisioned. No, I don't think this is good at all.
