  1. What is wrong with facial recognition? There are already cameras in every public space. No one has a right to privacy in a public space, that's just a fact AND it's the law. So, you tell me, what's the difference between a computer looking for a criminal's face or a representative of the government doing so using cameras? This is a bullshit non-issue by paranoid people trying to drive a wedge between sensible people and the kooks. It'll backfire too, giving more and more power to the right as we expend energy and resources fighting this non-issue.
