  1. What is the top marginal tax rate and when does it start? All I can find are individual or married tax rates up to 37% and those top out at just over half a million. I know it's more than THAT. Even so, we need many more levels. Million dollar, twenty million, hundred million, billion and so forth. You look at the remaining Koch brother and you could literally take tens of billions of dollars from him, and he'd STILL be a billionaire, and he's paying as much percentage (likely less due to loopholes and offshoring his money) than a man with five million total, in spite of having hundreds of times the wealth? What a crock!
