  1. "Gun control measures won't stop gun deaths." Yeah... You REALLY know won't stop gun deaths? Doing nothing! It's time we attack the gun lobby at it's base, start showing them they don't have the control they think they do. If we pass legislation that reforms gun laws, it'll affect the gun culture and will absolutely minimize gun deaths. Arguing that restricting gun laws won't stop criminals breaking the law, so we shouldn't do it is like arguing that rape should be legal because having rape laws won't stop criminals from breaking the law.
