  1. This is one of the reasons I like David Pakman. Too many people would try to rewrite history to save themselves from embarrassment. David gives the mea culpa before explaining what he meant. Clarifying, not accusing. Too many people give the conditional non-apology. The, "I'm sorry if people were offended," fake apology. The record should be corrected, not rebalanced to make one seem better than they really are.
