  1. Primaries are stupid. We're voting to figure out who we vote for. There literally could be an eternal and infinite regression here. We vote to figure out who runs in the primary, before that we vote to figure out who runs for the pre-primary, and so on, and so forth. Having one before everyone else is even MORE stupid. We should have several elections when there is a crowded field. If no one is the clear frontrunner, 51% or higher, we take the top 3 and go again. Once we have two strong candidates, then we put them up in November. That's a totally different system than we're used to, but it'd work a whole lot better and not allow for as much bruised feelings.
