  1. Sarcasm? Sorry. 1) Not buying it even WAS sarcasm and 2) even if it was, which it obviously was not, no leader of any nation under any variety of governance should EVER use sarcasm. It creates a lot of confusion and the spread of misinformation, neither of which is a product of productive governance.
