  1. I doubt random people writing laws would be a good idea. I'd wager this web-site is going to be weeding out foolish\stupid laws, like free beer on Fridays or something like that, and so, it's not actually random people, but a different group of specific people with their own agendas writing laws. Could be better, could be worse. Sounds like a bad idea either way.
