  1. "It's a victimless crime!" No, no it isn't. His two different fraudulent evaluations for both loans and taxes have made us all the victim. Taxes he should have paid were not. If you're just talking about the bank, like MAGA is, they are victims too. They don't have unlimited cash meaning one large loan keeps other loan seekers deprived of potential money. One big loan will earn less interest than twenty smaller loans.
