  1. Maui doesn't need President Biden to go there, drag resources away from rescue and rebuilding efforts to accommodate his security. They need to ask the federal government for help (probably already done) and to have Joe Biden send whatever aid they need be it monetary or national guard or whatever else. Photo ops are great for a candidate's image but terrible for aid and rescue. People WILL be hurt if he goes there.
