Why do these people always think they're destroying someone by calling them gay? I've got a friend who likes randomly joking that I like doing things to men not polite to mention in public. He thinks it's funny. I don't. I think he gets a great big jolly out of my irritated responses (irritated because he does it all the damned time), so my tactic is to ignore it and pretend he didn't say it, starve him of the reaction he's amused by.
