  1. Saddest part of this is the fact that a doctor was allowed to do that to these guy's faces. Plastic surgeons don't seem bound by the Hippocratic Oath anymore. Someone who wants a gigantic fake ass, to look like an alien, to get devil horns installed, is someone who doesn't need plastic surgery, they need psychotherapy. Plastic surgery is to correct serious deformities or to repair serious injury. Having a cleft palate is good plastic surgery, making your cheek bones look like boulders is a crime no doctor should be complicit in.
