  1. Oklahoma is a permitless carry state. You can buy a gun and walk around with it on your hip like it's still the old west here. I'm constantly embarrassed to be an Oklahoman.

  3. Every time I hear Oklahoma mentioned in the news, I tend to think, "I've never been more embarrassed to be an Oklahoman in my life," then something else happens to prove me wrong. I take some solace that at least our police weren't chickenshit cowards like the ones in Uvalde Texas.

  4. Good guy with a gun theory is that they don't stop events from beginning, they stop them from continuing. It's a wrong theory, but at least get it straight.

  5.  @SirBradiator  Only thing that will is changing our culture to stop seeing guns as holy objects, symbols of toughness and masculinity, and as solutions to problems. They are tools primarily to be used for sport or hunting and MAYBE as a last resort, for self defense. If you can find a way to do that, I'm ALL ears.

  6. The gun wasn't considered a holy icon in the UK, it is in the US. Sad and disgusting, but that's the way of things.
