  1. The extreme right is calling capping interest rates as socialist, but it's not socialism. Credit cards are a service, and they make money when we use it. Harming your customers with some shady contract and some horrible interest rates is very anti-capitalism. We need regulation to keep bad actors from ruining capitalism by harming the majority of people for the benefit of the extreme few. This Ayn Randian nonsense is a fucking tumor on capitalism and needs to be excised something fierce.
