Donald Trump has a proven history of installing family members in strategic positions to enforce his will. Hell, about the only people that have failed him in their positions that he didn't badmouth after their failures were his family members. I don't know if that's his one piece of sentimentality or just a realization if he puts down his own family it'd be politically disadvantageous for him/wanting to keep an intact legacy which badmouthing would damage.
